When your parcel information is submitted for customs clearance, EZ WAY may send you a
notification. Review it promptly
| Security reminder: Never lend your EZ WAY account, resident card, Unified Number, identity-document images or registered mobile number to another person. Approve only shipments you recognize. |
6. If you do not have an ARC/APRC
Do not enter a passport number into the ARC/APRC / Unified Number field. If you do not hold a Taiwan resident certificate, ask the carrier or customs broker which paper-authorization process and identity documents apply to your shipment.

✓ Use the Unified Number (UI No.) printed on the card - not your passport number.
✓ Prepare your Taiwan mobile number and email.
✓ Complete identity verification and wait for a successful-verification status.
✓ After ordering, check EZ WAY notifications promptly.
✓ Review shipment details before selecting Declaration Matches.
