注意事項

懷孕或準備懷孕者，未經醫師或藥師諮詢，不應服用維生素A補充品。維生素A攝取量超過3000微克視黃醇當量可能造成出生缺陷。

成人每日來自所有來源的維生素A建議攝取量為女性700微克視黃醇當量、男性900微克視黃醇當量。

維生素補充品不應取代均衡飲食。

本產品含有硒，高劑量具有毒性。成人每日來自營養補充品的硒攝取量不應超過150微克。

General Information

Swisse Hair Nutrition For Men is a specially formulated nutritional supplement designed to support healthy hair growth and scalp health in men. The formula combines saw palmetto, biotin, zinc, silica, manganese, vitamins and minerals to provide nutritional support for healthy hair and hair follicles.

Biotin helps maintain healthy hair follicles, hair growth and scalp health. Silica and manganese assist connective tissue formation, while zinc supports healthy testosterone levels.

Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens extract) 20 mg, equiv. dry fruit 200 mg (min.), standardised to contain fatty acids 9 mg

Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 112.5 micrograms RE

Biotin 1.3 mg

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 6.25 mg

Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 12.5 micrograms

Nicotinamide 8 mg

Copper (from copper gluconate) 212.5 micrograms

Iodine (from potassium iodide) 149 micrograms

Manganese (from manganese amino acid chelate) 700 micrograms

Selenium (from selenomethionine) 27.5 micrograms

Silica (as colloidal anhydrous silica) 26.77 mg

Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 7.5 mg

Directions

Adult dosage:

Two capsules daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
