使用方式

牙齒清潔：將牙刷沾濕後，少量沾取活性碳粉，輕柔刷洗牙齒，之後以清水徹底漱口。

面膜使用：將 2 茶匙活性碳粉與 2 茶匙清水混合成糊狀，均勻塗抹於臉部及頸部，避開眼睛周圍。停留約 10 分鐘後，以平常的清潔方式洗淨。

注意事項

Directions

For a face mask: Mix 2 teaspoons of charcoal powder with 2 teaspoons of water to form a paste. Apply evenly to the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for approximately 10 minutes, then wash off using your usual cleansing routine.
