Nature's Care Homoeopathic Melatonin contains Melatonin 6X. Melatonin is a substance produced by the pineal gland and has a natural circadian rhythm, with activity being greater at night.

It helps improve sleep, shorten the time to fall asleep and the time spent awake before sleep. It also helps improve sleep quality and adjust to time differences.

Directions

Adults: Take 1–3 tablets sublingually, allowing them to dissolve under the tongue, 30 minutes before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
