General Information

Rescue Remedy Sleep Pastilles are sugar-free and alcohol-free pastilles with a blackcurrant flavour. They combine the original five Bach flower remedies with White Chestnut essence and are traditionally used to help relieve mental overactivity and sleeplessness. Each 50g pack contains approximately 37 pastilles.

Ingredients

Active ingredients:

• Aesculus hippocastanum flowers (White Chestnut): 223ng, equivalent to 2.23ng of fresh plant.

• Clematis vitalba flowers (Clematis): 156ng, equivalent to 1.56ng of fresh plant.

• Helianthemum nummularium flowers (Rock Rose): 156ng, equivalent to 1.56ng of fresh plant.

• Impatiens glandulifera flowers (Impatiens): 156ng, equivalent to 1.56ng of fresh plant.

• Ornithogalum umbellatum flowers (Star of Bethlehem): 156ng, equivalent to 1.56ng of fresh plant.

• Prunus cerasifera flowering twigs (Cherry Plum): 156ng, equivalent to 1.56ng of fresh plant.

Contains sugar alcohols, including sorbitol, maltitol, isomalt and xylitol. The maximum recommended daily dose contains 8.3g of sugar alcohols.

Common Uses

These blackcurrant-flavoured pastilles combine the original five Bach flower remedies with White Chestnut essence. They are traditionally used to help relieve mental overactivity and sleeplessness. They are sugar-free and alcohol-free.

Directions

Chew one pastille as required. Do not exceed 10 pastilles in 24 hours. Store below 25°C.
